How to book an act/artist from The Libertines Agency

PLEASE FILL OUT THE NEW ENTERTAINMEN REQUEST FORM ON THE SITE TO BOOK AN ACT OR TO GET A QUOTE AND TO TELL US WHAT TYPE OF ACT YOU REQUIRE NEED FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT / EVENT OR GO TO THE BOOKING ENQUIRY FORM TO ENQUIRE ABOUT AN ACT.
WE REQUIRE A 20% DEPOSIT OF THE FIANL FEE UPFRONT TO SECURE THE BOOKING ONCE YOU HAVE FOUND THE ACT YOU WOULD LIKE FROM US AND DEFINITLEY WANT TO BOOK.. ANY REMAINING BALANCES WILL BE PAID ON THE NIGHT TO THE ACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL THE ACT, THE DEPOSIT IS NONE REFUNDABLE, AS THE ACT WILL HAVE HAD TO KEEP THAT DATE FREE AND WILL HAVE HAD TO TURN DOWN OTHER WORK FOR THAT DATE /GIG IN MIND THAT YOU BOOKED THEM FOR.

pubs/venues To book an act please email what kind of act you would like and on what date, time and place of venue/pub and it,s address.
We have easy payment methods such as credit card on line or debit card. Or you can pay by cheque. However if paying by cheque it will need to clear before I can send any of my acts out. So credit/debit card is quicker and easier. We can also invoice you, this should be paid in 7 days.
My commission is included in the fianl fee that you are quoted and includes PA.
All acts from out of town will need plenty of notice.
Most of my acts are mature e.g 35-45 age range, solo acts/cover music/ tribute acts. my other acts are younger 18-30 unsigned bands
The clientèle best suited for my acts would be for example an older audience e.g 35-60 years old, however if you were booking my younger acts to have a younger audience. e.g 18.35 years old.
In house Promoters would also be responsible for doing the promoting of my acts at your venues/pubs , all i am is a booking agent Not a promoter. ie. doing and distributing the posters etc
You need to make sure once a booking is confirmed , that you pay for that booking on the day, ie.in the morning. Or send the cheque 7 days before the booking, so it clears in time.
For Promoters -You are welcome to charge a fee on the door and keep all the money, charging customers , but thats some thing i do not get involved in, i just book an act, booking agent. You will have to pay upfront for any of my acts to my agency via the pub.
Important Each act is individual and highly professional with a strong music work ethic. Each acts are the best in their field, with many many years in the entertainment business. Each act is signed to my agency for 12 months , and is unable to work directly for pubs/venues/promoters, each of these have to go through the agency to book these acts, all my acts are under 12 month legal contracts.
Important PLease do not put my acts in an awkward position by trying to book them independently, or the agency will not work with you or use you again. After a booking, if you wish to book an act again please email the next day.
Information re: all of my acts, To reiterate all of my acts have over 15-25 years experience in the entertainment business and have performed all over the world, Europe and America, many have worked with Legends and supported the likes of Robbie Williams just to name a few, my acts are all highly professional, with backgrounds in The Theatre, film, dance, drama, stage school, acting, and professional performing to large audiences, some have worked on the Las Vegas strip in America U.S.A and have supported some of the worlds famous country singers, and most work regularly in London at the top venues there. My acts will always put on a first class show and will dress accordingly, image is every thing to my acts, they will dress to impress, some also bring along their own sound guy to perform the sound checks, my acts are perfectionists when it comes to getting their sound right. Many have degrees in music, performing arts, theater, and won many awards, my acts demand top whack as they have gained the right to demand such high fees, as they are truly talented and professional along with their experience, they have also worked with top music producers in the studio, and have sound technical ability. Most are trained vocalists and still continue to work all over the world today.
