After the xmas I decided I had enough of smoking and the disgusting filthy habit that it is so I joined a quit smoking programme, I go along every 2 weeks for 3 months and can give myself a big pat on the back as I have now not smoked or bought any cigarettes for 5 weeks and half way through the programme.

Iv become a quit smoking snob. In other words what this means is I look down on people who smoke and feel sick when I smell passive smokers in the street .

I feel great and love feeling super healthy

I would recommend any one to give it a try and trust me you`ll feel 10 years younger in no time at all.

Iv nearly got the simon cowell smile ( white teeth ) and love the money I`m saving.

I used to be a 10 a day smoker and was very addicted. Smoking for over 15 years.

Now I`v kicked the habbit and now I`m passing on the word to every one who thinks smoking is cool or thinks it does no harm.

Smoking will eventually destroy your health and all smokers stink look like shit and are slowly doing them selves in.

So I`v decided to "quote" from Trainspotting "Choose life" speaking in a Scottish accent ..

Im laughing all the way to the bank with the cash Im saving and feel Fantastic.

If I can quit any one can

facts on smoking: nicotine is an addiction and causes lung disease heart attacks strokes and premature death.

I have spent over £40,000 on smoking in 15 years.
What a waste of money.!!!

Hope this gives you the courage to finally quit the deadly weed for good. And choose life( lol)

My only regret I wish I had of quit years ago.

I could of bought my self a holiday home in Spain by now!
